Aisha has got 15+ years of experience working for the banking industry in the field of HR and people management, with a focus on aligning leadership goals with organizational output and building a resilient workforce. It’s been known that Aisha is a fantastic mentor and manager. She has in-depth knowledge on all the areas of Human Resources and ensures that she is current in all laws, policies, and procedures. Aisha’s expertise includes employee relations, performance management, mergers and acquisitions, coaching and mentoring, recruitment and retention, and succession planning.

She is a Certified Human Resource Profession (CHRPK with a Bachelors in Business administration (HR) from KEMU and Higher diploma in HR from IHRM. What sets Aisha apart is her ability to communicate with employees on all levels. Her personal goal is to build an inclusive environment where all members of our diverse society can contribute and succeed in equal measure.
