The Board consists of highly reputable scholars with extensive experience in law, economics, banking and Islamic finance. The members come from both within and beyond Kenya.
The Board’s duties include:
- Assisting in the development and supervision of the bank’s investment and financing products and services.
- Ensuring that all day-to-day transactions of the bank are carried out in strict compliance to the Islamic principles of banking.
