Hypermart Limited (Ramtons) Offer Terms and Conditions

(Effective 15 July 2025)

1. The offer is valid for all Premier Bank Kenya Limited (Premier Bank) Mastercard consumer cards (participating card BIN: 542707).
2. Premier Bank and Ramtons (Hypermart Limited) are offering a 5% discount on RRP on Ramtons items purchased directly from any three of the Ramtons Showrooms; Mombasa Road, Kaysalt, and Muthithi Road (this does not include items already on offer).
3. Offer validity
   1. The discount is valid from 00:00 AM (Kenya local time) on 15 July 2025 to 23:59 PM (Kenya local time) on14 July 2026
   2. 5% discount on RRP (for items not already on offer) for Ramtons items
   3. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or special promotions
   4. Offer is not valid for online purchases
   5. This promotion does not apply to LG televisions sold through Ramtons showrooms
4. Promotion Mechanics and offer redemption
   1. Premier Bank cardholders to receive a 5% immediate reduction in the total payable amount at point of sale when payment is made using a Premier Bank Mastercard.
   2. Each Premier Bank cardholder can redeem Instant-Off up to twice (2 times) per month during the campaign period.
   3. Considering the 5% discount can only be redeemed twice (2 times) per month – if the payment is cancelled or not completed during the payment process, the use of promotion will be considered used and cannot be applied to future orders.
   4. Customers can apply up to one type of Instant Off on single transaction.
   5. Customers are advised to confirm discount applicability before completing payment.
5. Modification Rights
   1. Premier Bank and Ramtons (Hypermart Limited) reserve the right to shorten, extend, or terminate the Campaign Period at their discretion.
   2. Any changes will be communicated through Banner notice on the promotion page.
6. General Provisions
   1. Organizing Entity: This Payment Discount Campaign is held by Ramtons (Hypermart Limited), a company incorporated in Kenya with registered office Ramtons Building, Mombasa road, Nairobi Kenya P.O. Box 42169, Nairobi Co-Promoter: Premier Bank Limited with head office location, Ring Road Kilimani, Mirhab Building, Nairobi
   2. The terms and conditions of this discount offer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya and the Kenyan Courts shall have jurisdiction thereof.

7. Dispute Resolution
   1. Other terms and conditions of Premier Bank and Ramtons also apply; however, for the purposes of this Payment Discount Campaign, in case of any conflict, the terms displayed here shall prevail.
