The Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Osman is a seasoned banker with over 24 years of solid banking and managerial experience in the areas of strategic business development, banking operations, credit, retail and corporate banking. His banking career began in December 1994 when he joined Kenya Commercial bank (KCB) as a Management trainee and thereafter rose through the ranks. By February 2003 he was transferred to Tanzania as an expatriate in the Executive Management team of KCB (Tanzania) and headed various departments such as retail banking, institutional banking & liabilities among others. Mr. Osman served as East Africa bank, Djibouti Head of Business & Operations between 2009 and 2013. He was the Head of Commercial banking Gulf African bank (Kenya) between 2013 and 2014 where he provided leadership & support for strategic business growth of the bank. Mr. Osman served as Deputy Managing Director at International Commercial bank (ICB)-South Sudan between 2014 and 2018, and spearheaded continuous seamless, efficient, cost effective and risk-free support services over his 4-year period of his stay at ICB. In 2018, he joined Premier Bank Somalia as Deputy MD and later was promoted as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
